Once you exited from this organization you will be treated differently.No one got their Reliving letter on due date.All existing employees had hold their minimum 1st month salary on their current employers.Existing employees to beg HR for their Reliving letter on daily basis.No one response and you felt why I worked at this ........ company.

I got the opportunity to talk to all the customers, good and bad, in IIFL samasta company and solve their problems, which I like very much.

Dislikes

It seems very wrong to misbehave with the customer because he talks to the customer very rudely at the time of need, he seems to have negative thoughts at the time of need.

Area manager not in touch with ground level team i.e. BSM, RO, RM AKola branch cluster credit manager and credit manager come in office with drinking alcohol i. e. Beer I told Nitin Sir HR BUT he is not support me

I did office work, learned leadership, how to connect with customers or talk to them, or even from senior officers, how to do a lot of work at a given time. How to face different problems, which ones have to be dealt with, which solutions have to be made or which problems have tobe made in future, all these I have learned along with computer work, excel or loan process, credit department work etc....Read More

The work of the manager or the rest of the staff is also done by the credit manager or there are many such tasks which are not done by us, yet we are asked to do the work or not getting the receipts till the night, wasting the time by doing such things because the manager is doing the wrong thing. We have to do a lot of work again and again etc.

Office culture is very bad in kolkata, promotion is done on the besis of how much you oil your senior, you will never get any proper solution or support from the HR department, HR even don't know their role and responsibility, unskill senior are working only for their salary for every department specialty in training or L&D ,how this company get best place to work title it's a big question, I suggest no one to join this company , if any any one who wants to spoil their career then they are welcome it's a very worst company I have ever work...Read More

It is the best company to work and learn. They give complete freedom to try new things. Company also reimb for learning and accruing new skills and certifications. I have spend almost 6yrs in this company. It was the best time ever in my 12 yrs of career.
