Work life balance , low work pressure , supportive colleagues, work timing

Dislikes

3rd class HR policies, personal attack by Manager , Increment not every year , no growth , inefficient managers , yearly 13govt holidays , oiling n buttering is the best way for increment.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
