Company provide good training and teammates are supportive. .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics seniors are very rude using bad language just like they giving salary from there own pocket, Salary is low and carrer growth is too slow.. . In interview they told us product is only gold loan, after join shows the real products. . Lots of pressure for cross sell products. . Overall experience is so worst.

Work Details

There is no life in IIFL. . Lots of System issue, no coordination due to lots of politics. . I lost myself by health and mentally. .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

No facility, we pay so many times in office from own pocket. .

Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
