IIFL is pathetic, the Manager is careless n totally unprofessional. He don’t have manners how to deal with team for business. Just bcz of team leader staff is leaving the organisation just within a month after joining. Even after leaving the company with all exit policies after 90 days also didn’t got the salary and require documents. After so much follow up’s with HR they are not giving the proper response. IIFL Securities Private Limited Pune Branch Are Doing Scam With New Employees. All Head And HR work like shame... Compony working culture are not good for start up person ... I request you to all please not going to work with fraud company.

The good thing about working at IIFl as relationship manager e sales is you get to know targets early in the morning and by EOD you have to deliver them.

Dislikes

It's only the numbers at the end of the day that count irrespective of process and technical change. Be prepared for immense sales pressure, more then 150 dial out daily plus staying back if targets are not delivered by EOD without OT also once you achieve your targets, incentive criteria changes.

I liked the profile relationship manager also finance but once I joined i got to know it's sales and calling. Mba is not suitable for this as all you have to do is talk in hindi and convince for demat account opening
