In simple word they used us when they need and kick us out badly in covid 19 pandemic. Can not imagine they way IHG treat us when whole world company supporting their staff and helping them. Ihg laid off us when we need them badly with the name of no business no money so no need of operation staff.

In the team itself there is lots of discrimination & judgemental, make u demotivate . There is no training in the department or learning, there is job security feels insecurities. There is no career growth never agree to do internal transfer if they yes it will be in a sarcastic way that mean u ll never get the internal transfer in the company. Salary increment is pathetic no ihg policy has been used. Felt like there is less learning & u r in the small pond. Very important they give bad feedback for there employee if they apply to any other company inshort they spoiling there career & make sure in less salary u work at this organization. Management in India is worst . They don't treat their employees well. Play politics even with analyst . Even they are in hotel industry , but they serve worst quality food to there employees . They offer cab facilities to employees but the behaviour of admin staff is very rude and even drivers told that admin force them to use the cab for their personal benefits and to distribute sweets to their relatives during festive season. Managers staying in the organisation since years are bringing there known ones in the organisation and torturing others to leave so that they can create the type of environment they want to.
