One of the best company to work. Leadership is very supportive, whoesover is talented and hard working is rewarded, appreciated and promoted. As far as I know employee who has left IHG has tried to re-join the company Pride to be associated with such a great company from last 5.5 years.

Job security need to be guaranteed to every one without deparmental hypocrisy or prejudices, more learning and development culture need to be practiced in work place rather than online learning program, there should be professionalism in work friendly environment. Management need to take care of employees motivational interest, mainly housekeeping which regenerates the revenues with their services to guest.
