Job security, No need to upgrade or learn new things. Can always play dumb and shift the work load to other team member. And if lucky you will have the most toxic boss whom you can pretend to bootlick and boost his ego he will do the needful on your behalf. Goa location has one if that helps.

Toxic work culture, zero growth, biased promotion system. Holidays & weekend only exist in employee handbook. Way backward in system compared to other market player. Hr plays zero role after employment.

It's my own experience, as a DEO there is no life and career build in IFFCO, they shouldn't increase my salary also. If I ask for hiking they told if do work here or leave your job that's it. Really its terrible
