Job security is good. Too much politics ruled by old management. No new ideas are taken from joinee. Company’s HR are controlled by SBU Heads. no transparency. If you want to relax after 40’s join this company. Never join this company if you want to learn. They will screw your career and you will lose your skills too to work anywhere.

There is a lot of politics. No transparency is given to the employees. They are treated like servants for the sbu head. Happy not a part of this organisation anymore.
