I have left the company and my sources (genuine friends) have written documents of following measures taken by the company in Covid-19 pandemic. 1. 20%-30% deduction of on role employees at Executive level. 2. 40%-50% deduction of off-role employees who only earn below 18k rs, specially Call center employees. 3. No safety measures like gloves, masks, sanitiser provided by company to its employees and rather forcing people in containment zones to attend ofc regularly after 3rd May onwards. 4. All the claims, expenses, bonus, salary hike stopped and postponed till Dec. Or next year......Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
