This is purely my professional insights. There is nothing to be like about IFB as a company it doesn't provide you a path to the growth and success....if you have a desire to growth and want good compensation this is truly not the place for it.

Everything, an employee needs or desires for the growth and good compensation but here it's a joke ....this is the 1st company in the world which doesn't provide any kind of incentives at all even if you have done yiu job properly, no motivation at all. Past 3 years no increments also but still company wants good sale and if business is low blamed employees.

Work life is very poor ....we have to work on Sundays also but without any compensatory leave or pay...you will never be peace of mind.

Nothing as such, no incentives for sales personals, ironically they will tell you in interview that u will get yearly incentives nug that's not true.. They don't have any incentives.

Dislikes

No growth at all i have worked they for 3 years but no increment and no incentives, salary is very very low compared to market.
