Full of politics. Incompetent managers who are just interested in your personal life. Favouritism at its peak. Humiliation if you are not buttering. Make your life a living hell if you question their biasness. No appreciation if your not their favourite. Try to bring the employee's image down even outside the organisation. The overall culture is very worst the managers are pain in the head, they want to know everything in your personal life and gossip around the office. Not at all supportive.Idp maybe rated as a good company in Google but it’s not . Extreme mental tiredness n humiliation n manipulative nature. Have to work more than your JD . One had to work as an office boy too if ur in idp.

I like about the leave policies and yearly variable pay which company offers that too they have filtered and brought many new policies which is bad
