1. You will get frustrated with horrible work culture, terrible department internal politics, worst hr policies. 2. They are creating south indian people community, if you are from other states, it is better to go home and do farming than joining this company. 3. Nobody knows about concepts of CFD and these people woking in CFD like donkey work. 4. Strict project delivery, you have to be superman to make on time project delivery, if you are unable to complete your work on time you have to complete your work at night, Saturday Sunday otherwise manager will blame you are inefficient and comparing you with trainee engineer. 5. School like environment, you will not go for coffee together, you will not sit together for work. 6. I have been a part of this company for 10 years. The work culture is excellent. The colleagues are very friendly and welcome the new joinees in the best possible way. The HR team is very co operative and takes care of the employee welfare.

Dislikes

Employees must be trained in their respective domain before placing them on live projects.
