1) Seating arrangements need to improve by making cubical arrangement, which motivates us to do better work, and which feel comfortable than seating in a row. 2) Lunch price is too costly; company need to look on it. The only point I have for Idiada India, I would like to mention that all yearly leaves should be credited in the start of the year, so that employee can plan their vacations properly, instead of crediting them on quarterly basis. Suppose if they have an emergency, which requires immediate ELs, and unfortunately if they don't have enough leaves with them in the present quarter, they have to wait to get the leaves credited in next quarter, which is not good.
