I have been a part of this company for 10 years. The work culture is excellent. The colleagues are very friendly and welcome the new joinees in the best possible way. The HR team is very co operative and takes care of the employee welfare.

Employees must be trained in their respective domain before placing them on live projects.

You learn more technical knowledge. But you need to be more passionate work else you will not like to work in idiada

Dislikes

You have to everything by yourself so workload will be more, Poor HR policies nothing will be beneficial towards employees. You can't even encash or carry forward your EL etc

IDIADA is a company where the hiring team will give you a good offer on paper, but the reality is that once you join, soon, the company will unilaterally start dropping components from your CTC. For example, until 2016, there was a component called retention bonus in the CTC, which was suddenly dropped for all employees in 2020 and the CTC was reduced. When a coronavirus lockdown was announced in Maharashtra in March 2020, IDIADA immediately took advantage of the situation to fire 34 of its 124 employees in Pune, and all the rest were given pay cuts. Further, 80% of the employees in CAD and CAE were made part-time employees, with only the managers and their favourites remaining as full time employees.
