Team works on execution of CFD Projects for Full Vehicle Aerodynamics,Thermal Simulations, Front End Flow Analysis, HVAC simulations. People from HQ(Spain) are knowledgeable and have deep expertise with respect to CFD simulations, Aerodynamics, AI/MLrelevant to Automotive Industry. 1) Seating arrangements need to improve by making cubical arrangement, which motivates us to do better work, and which feel comfortable than seating in a row. 2) Lunch price is too costly; company need to look on it. In other company food is cheaper than IDIADA with best quality. 3) In lunch Roti is not good in taste, need to tell vendor to improve quality. 4) In canteen, table need to increase. sometimes many people do not get seat for lunch. 5) Rest of the things are good, THANK YOU....Read More

I have been working here since past 13 years. The work culture here is amazing. People here are friendly and helpful. The most significant benefit is the work-life balance.

Dislikes

The appraisal is done every year but is delayed. The appraisal does not meet the market standards. Hopefully the management resolves this soon. Extensive trainings for skill development must be done.

I really enjoy working at Applus+ IDIADA because of the collaborative culture and opportunities for growth. What I value most is the freedom to share my ideas and make changes as per my opinion without any micromanagement, which fosters creativity and trust.

One challenge I've noticed is the occasional delays in communication on certain projects. However, I see it as an opportunity to improve coordination, and I've been proactively suggesting ways to streamline our processes.

Not enough holidays, earned leaves can't be encashed which is a big negative, No clear WFH policy, Promotion is not promoted, Micromanagement making the easy tasks super difficult People getting hired and fired without proper explanation and training. Health insurance below par and complex

Salary and bonus hike is good. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Worst Increment cycle delayed by 6 months and why no one knows and delaying every year. Very less medical policy cover limit only 2 Lakhs. No cab facility to employees due to this employees suffers in worst environmental conditions. No lunch/dinner/ breakfast : Employees paying more than 30,000 for meal annually. No scope for leading project even after 3 yrs of working. No outdoor activities.

Company Culture is good, lot of employee engagement activates are conducted. Leaders and Managers are easy going they motivate you to do the good work, they don't micromanage. There are many employees who have completed more than 15 years in organization. Though it's an automotive engineering services providing organization, equal opportunities are provided for females as well.

Not a dislike but just a suggestion, calling colleagues sir/ma'am can be taken off and if we can address everyone with their name, it would be great.
