When I join that time I got good collegues that's the only reason 😅 I sustain in this company. Health activity by Hr team👍🏻 Nothing to mention.

Atleast for CAE department, you could expect work-life balance.

Till now, observed minimal work politics. You can approach management, share your issues, but issues will be addressed case to case basis. For GET, company offers above avg. industry standard CTC; but hardly any hike to beat inflation for first couple of years. You will be trained on project itself.

Nice company, lot of tooling related skill improved, people are good, managers are very very supportive especially in exterior commodity, job security depending on project, work-life balance not good as domestic projects are there.

No transportation facilities. No company canteen.
