Some of the colleagues are supportive but don't speak up against wrong.

Everything!! There is so much of politics and micromanagement here. The managers try to force themselves in your personal life till you don't have one. They hire you based on your hobbies and talents and ruin them for you. They also try to please their favourites by insulting and overburdening you with work.
