A nice place to learn and grow in open culture environment. Management is transparent. No hierarchy barrier and working with colleagues is like working with friends. There is a misconception that Reliance companies especially ADAG group are not great places to work with. I found a very professional environment and great colleagues. In short I had an amazing time. Obviously there was work, tons of it. But I found the company to be fair in rewarding hard working employees. Most of my colleagues were working for 5+years and that itself showed lower attrition.

Career growth was a challenge. Once you are hired at a certain post in this company, chances are you’ll continue to work under that post for a long time. Obviously there will be increments in salary each year. But, the promotion is difficult
