are an experienced and proactive Senior System Engineer who excels in hardware management, end user support, network troubleshooting, and CCTV system management. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization s IT systems are robust,reliable, and secure.
- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Network configuration and troubleshooting expertise (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience withActiveDirectory (AD) andDHCP management
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (specifically Sophos)
- CCTV systemmanagement and maintenance experience
- Network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPN)
- Patch management and systemupdate expertise
Here s what your day would look like...
1.Hardware & Infrastructure
- Manage, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues across all devices
- Perform routine maintenance and keep detailed repair records
- Configure and maintain network devices and infrastructure
2.Security & Systems
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, and access controls
- Manage DHCP services and network connectivity
- Deploy and monitor endpoint security solutions
- Ensure timely system patches and updates
3.Surveillance & Monitoring
- Oversee CCTV systemfunctionality and performance
- Manage video storage and ensure proper footage accessibility
- Maintain security standards for surveillance systems
4.User Support
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users
- Configure user devices andmanage access permissions
- Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues
5.Network Management
- Maintain network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Configure and manage network security solutions
- Monitor and optimize network infrastructure
Experience Range:
5 - 7 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
