Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Develop and enforce network security policies to protect the organization s data and infrastructure from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate new technologies and improve network capabilities.
- Perform regular network assessments and capacity planning to accommodate growth and changes in technology.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff regarding network-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications :-
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in network management, including experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security practices.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
