Salary was good, work environment was good.

Dislikes

Management changes every 6 months and hence people cant get promotions. No one gets ratings above average. The manager stopped employees to go on time by giving extra work and expecting unrealistic outcomes. We used to work after office hour in the office till 8pm and yet we were not appreciated for this.

Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

I was working in idfc bank...I work hard but unfortunately hard work is not important in this bank....total politics..they remove me after working hard 3 years...later on new manager kept his employee from diffrent vendor and they said because salary budget we are removing you from this position....
