As compared to other bank IDFC first bank is worst in this critical situation.idfc first bank is removing the employees due to covid19 pandemic however this is not the solution to layoff the employees in this critical situation.

Work Culture of IDFC is only to pin point things, compensation is okay but bonus is too less. Idfc don't have time for training or even for induction on joining the first ever company I worked with such basic things not followed.. it seems like working for some proprietor firm wherein you boss is your propritor.. you will not see any HR neither on joining or exit they only exist on email on top of it they don't make rangoli too they are that busy and IDFC is the firm who have policy not to celebrate any fastival of any religion not even Christmas & Diwali....Read More
