The only good thing about company is that it's a good place to start your career. There is no one to guide or support so you get chance to explore things.

Dislikes

The management is worse. There is no job security and you have to visit office 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. You can move out of office without completing 9-10 hours. The people at higher position will micro manage you and peek inside your computer every now and then. There is no planning or documentation done for any project the director dictates the requirements and change it after 2 days.
