Good learning because the emphase on its employees to be the jack of all traits. So, the employee is aware of almost all the aspects and depts of the banking.

Less chances of growth because an employee is due to get promotion after 5long years and if he or she doesn't has an access to the top management, it is very difficult for the concerned to get promoted in his or her career. Moreover, the management is very much gender biased.This is because a female employee is not promoted out of zone posting and on the contrary the male employee who has to go out of zone at different locations.
