I regret even wasting some time writing a review here for this company. Wait! Is it even a company? Personally there is nothing that I liked about iD4 but just one thing that I am no more with it. Job security: Low is an understatement. Work culture: Highly unprofessional. People titled Software engineers chew tobacco/gutkha in the office and when asked for any assistance just nod their head because their chewing session is much more important than the business. There's more to write in this section but the above mentioned thing is sufficient to explain about the work culture. Management: There is no management. There's only one person who is the management and the management is one person, which ofcourse is the owner. The owner works for the HR, AVP, BDE, SE and every other role in this organisation. Also speaks on behalf of them in every puny matter. There's no freedom of speech an HR or an AVP has for doing his/her job. The owner's words are put in their mouth and the owner plays the role of being a saint. Company policies: The company violates it's own policies. The clauses written on the offer letter are manipulated and twisted as per their convenience. People are been layed off in this crucial time. Furthermore, the so called current employees also aren't getting paid for the past couple of months. Forget COVID-19, the company in general doesn't provide the employees with the basic liabilities as well for that matter, their SALARY. Thank you!...Read More
