The worst company I have ever worked with.Most employees aren’t even comfortable to talk in English.Zero work life balance. They will force the employees to do night out at office almost every week. Anytime they can through you out. Zero job security.

No or less Appraisal Recruiter do not get any VMS experience Promotion is also very tough to get Clients do not give feedback on candidates so movement is slow or if we get any we do not know why our candidate for rejected They need submissions daily else they make you work EST to PST They add many recruiters to work on same job that decrease chances of submissions

Dislikes

They force you to do 12 hours shift from 7 PM to 7 AM and if you refuse to do so they force you to quit the job. They point out every single time you go to washroom. They even say go and do work from washroom. In canteen, if you are taking 2 eggs in egg curry, they will point out and say only 1 is allowed.
