Attitude of the management towards the employees is very bad. Won't get the reliving letter or experience letter till completion of 6 months after reliving. Won't get the salary on time, last month got the salary on 19th. Business ( investments) targets will be there for everyone, even for IT department employees. If the target is not achieved salary hold or deduction will be there without intimation. Every nook and corners of the branches or offices are under CCTV surveillance like Big Boss show. Fine will be impossed for everything. Punching after 09:05 will be half day LOP. If you submit resignation they will you as an enemy. No one can relive from here peacefully....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
