Very organisation to develop your skills and gain experience in wealth management.

It's not liking or dislikes about the company. It's a wonderful organisation to grow. My take is allo other copittators are providing Low interest Home loans and other automobile loans to there employees with lower interest rate. Eg. Axis Bank give 4% ints for their employees of they avali Home loan from axis. As we all are one group that is ICICI it's will be good all the employees get this benifits. Just a suggestion. This is primarily a salesrole requiring at least two client meeting per day. you will be responsible for acquiring customers and selling products like mutual fund equity fd , loans, pms many more. if you dont meet your monthly targets expect close monitoring from your manager and senior RH, ZH. Job satisfaction can be low and many of the people who joined icici securities have resigned due to dissatisfaction. consider carefully before joing this role (RM, KRM, Wealth) especially if you have other options....Read More

The team is good and supportive, and the management is approachable, which creates a positive work environment.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, there are no significant employee benefits, and the work pressure is quite high. Additionally, there's a tendency towards micromanagement, which can be frustrating at times. Plus late working hours huh.... :(
