Company facilities for employees is great. Plus work is work only till office. You sign off for the day means you leave work behind.

Overall Company culture is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
