1st of all Ipru is well known brand so it's easy to deal with clients. 2nd competitively amazing products. 3rd salary payouts are always on time. 4th presure for growth is remarkably high.

Dislikes

1st Very High Sales Pressure!! 2nd incentives playmates are very delayed. 3rd less work-life balance, sometimes you have to attend meetings on Sunday & have meet client on weekends also. 4th you have to be lucky enough to get a supportive BM & RM. Otherwise you'll end up resigning with in 6-12 mouth. 5th if you have hard-core sales mindset & have good networking skills then you could stay at ipru & grow. Otherwise you'll get Frustrated very soon....Read More

Dislikes

Working on even after duty time is over. No over time is given. If Target not achieved you have to visit main city office even at 8.30pm😔😕
