My favourite organization... always i love icici prudential Life..very very structured organization.. but some how old employees ignored no body cares about it and some senior employees do the monopoly and misutilize the power....and i observed that people hired from outside to ipru on high package but existing employees always suffer interms of promotion and increment.....any ways i m a small employees and i don't have any value to give the any feedback . As an organisation all the ethics and employees welfare are too good

Dislikes

Performance appraisal is terrible so much of discrimination and no meritocracy in performance. Bad politics and drams at the time of appraisal. Senior management is too worst so much of humiliation, partiality at the time of appraisal. Especially in south zone most of the senior management use and through the resources like tissues. As a company it's good to work for sales teams.
