Good team and supportive culture, let's the new joinee have a ole time to settle down the new role.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very hight. Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours a day as i have to attend Client Calls in the evenings and late night.

I was based out of head office so my opinion would be strictly for the head office. They offered a very warm working environment. I was lucky to be in the ORM team. The team was very welcoming. So extremely nice place !

They are not the best pay masters in the industry but that is a small price to pay for working with the best of industry professionals.

I worked with the top management, providing analysis of Co's performance vs Industry & competitors. I got involved in strategic improvement projects. It was hectic in phases - month beginning and year ends. Overall interesting work and good learning.
