I ws Ex Emp of ipru, emp code 5093248.I requsted early relieving & fnf settlement was comunicted verbaly for whch I had ask in writing. But it was asured dt recovery amt ll nt vary & latr thy givn recovery of gross salary which is high. When I not worked then also they added hra, supplementary allowance, statutory bonus in my recovery amt. Firstly If i have not taken any benfits with organization then recovery is not calculated and If the recovery calculated then it is always calculated on monthly basic salary.Rest all are additional benefits given to the employee. But then also ipru charged me recovery of 2month gross salary. As I have to get my reliveing letter so i had paid the recovery. But now I am writing the complaint as I was charged too.
