if i had a chance to work on ipru again i will definitly willing to work because due to some issue with ARM i had left the job but i don't have any issue with my reporting manager. If the comapany gave me a change to work again in DM i m happy too.

The tremendous work pressure which resulted into leaving the job

Incentive n career growth is there. IT platform is highly advanced comparing with other financial companies. Working culture needs review because employees often feels that due to work pressure we r not able to spare time for personal n social life. This leads to depression.

Work Details

Generally my role is Team building by recruiting , training, help getting IRDA license through online exam and motivating them for fieldwork. For these I can use many platforms digitally or manually provided by the company.
