Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

In banca channel the company is lacking management on bank. There is no pressure for Li business in branches. Everything should be self sourced with a new account.
