This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life, they don't treat their employees as human beings, they keep misbehaving and shouting and keep saying about the level and salary I get they ask me to justify my salary with the number of business I have done in 4 months. In initial years, the work culture was good and since I used to work in partnership Distribution channel, business generation was done by the bank employees

small finance bank doesn't have a good customer base it affected my goalsheet as well. HR misuse there powers and without any specific they are going to transfer you. New Managers are pathetic. My Manager Vishank Dhabade and Rahul Neekhra were least knowledgeable person with good designation. Not only this, HR Roshi Parmar is the worst HR I ever known. Without any specific reason, she transferred me from the partnership distribution channel(Indore location and it is similar to Banca channel) to the agency channel (Bangalore location). The boss relies entirely on FSCs; they neither come to the office nor go on calls. Sunil Pandey, who oversees the entire UP region, has such foul language that no one would want to work. He never says anything to the banca heads but only targets the FSCs. These are the main dislikes.

Company wise icici is very good. But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.
