Disclaimer: This might not be true for everyone in the organization. 1. I got good exposure here, and was trained on some nice technologies like Java, messaging queue, etc. Although there was no clear road map as to why I got trained on this, as I didn't get an opportunity to work on any such technologies. 2. Have worked in two roles. One was pretty chill, the other equally hectic. 3. Work hours are flexible. I could leave early if I was done for the day. 4. Some HR initiatives were good to help bond employees during the pandemic, although I didn't really participate in any of it. 5. 1. If you have no visibility, you'll get no fair share in the appraisal cycle even if you have worked your heart out and results are concrete and clear. 2. You don't get to see a lot of smart people because of which you have to ensure you're constantly upskilling and working on yourself so that you don't stagnate. 3. Onboarding process for every new employee is too slow. 4. The ticketing system is weird. You have to log calls for some really basic things.
