In initial years, the work culture was good and since I used to work in partnership Distribution channel, business generation was done by the bank employees

small finance bank doesn't have a good customer base it affected my goalsheet as well. HR misuse there powers and without any specific they are going to transfer you. New Managers are pathetic. My Manager Vishank Dhabade and Rahul Neekhra were least knowledgeable person with good designation. Not only this, HR Roshi Parmar is the worst HR I ever known. Without any specific reason, she transferred me from the partnership distribution channel(Indore location and it is similar to Banca channel) to the agency channel (Bangalore location). There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basisof performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager....Read More

The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.
