IPRU is an aggressive sales driven organisation But still the best thing is there is 100% job security and the Company policies are good. Company gives enough opportunities to scale high. Products and process are superb. Company is employee & customer centric.

Career growth becomes stagnant after spending 2-3 years. & when asked for a relocation or department change they are not ready to make the changes. There are no monthly/quaterly/ halfyearly incentives for the managerial role. Ratings & appraisals are not really fair & transperant it is deviated by the upper level people and no satisfactory answers are given when questioned. Specially the vintage people who have spent 10+ years in the organisation does a lot of politics. The company is great but the politics and malice intentions of few employees makes a little bad experience sometimes....Read More

The job is quite challenging & interesting. Struggled a bit due to location, but got to learn alot & happy to take that location on heights. Got a chance to manage big territory which has helped me to enhance my skills and even my time management skills.
