I was interviewed, got selected, documentations & everything were done, which took nearly 2 days, after that salary negotiations, then all of a sudden they started saying that hyderabad location won't be easier for me as I have to relocate & my residential place in hyderabad is little away from the ofc, then they started saying thatthey will try to relocate me to kolkata, I accepted that offer too, but after waiting for 2 days i got to know that there's no vacancy for Kolkata location also, they simply played a game with my career. And mind you, I being shortlisted after interviewing & documentations all were done unofficially on whatsApp and not on mail, I don't trust this organization any more. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
