ICICI foundation is only brand but not good organisation for experts 1) they hire you for one district but gives you work of 3 districts. They don't have offices, Officer have to work from his home, room or flat it is totally utilisation of employees resources and making home as office. 2) it is Biased organisation about religionand expertise. If anything happens good it just because of seniors if anything happens wrong it just because of Development Officer. Development Officer is responsible for account field implementation employee issues quality in training and in this work they try to catch officer when he done any kind of mistake. 3) they hired as a consultant Development Officer and the field staff is also not ICICI foundation employees. 4) there is no leave on Saturday and Sunday you have to work day and night. 5) seniors involve with ground staff and make them against you it's happened with other 4 Development Officer 6) the districts are not in one cluster you have to travel lot and there is no guarantee of safety during night travelling. Most of the time we run the batches at night and it is not safety travelling for officer. 7) this job is for simple graduate or simple master degree holders not for the experts. I will say it is a total explanation of the employee. it is totally risky job because the account bills will be verified by Development Officer and if the single mistake done then he will be fired by seniors. Sometime filed staff send fake data. There is no fixed format for data they keep asking data same in different format. I will say it's short time job u can sustain more than 2 Years....Read More

Dislikes

Senior are from Bank only and they are thinking I am superior and field staff is inferior. Biased culture you can see with Foundation. All seniors are from particular community. You have to work as paun, postman, as a field person you are the multitasker. There is no assistance or supporting staff for you. ICICI foundations running behind only target not for the quality training. ICICI FOUNDATION is doing branding of ICICI Bank. It is not Charity work it is not social work it is only showcase for the CSR activities.
