I have done mistake to join ICICI Direct, it's Branch Head profile as offer letter but this is individual RM profile with extra responsibility.No one last here max to max 1yr (my experience from EAST) so JOB insecure they remind it every time.1 or 2 old because they joined as management trainee so don't know a healthy environment. ihave worked here 2 and half year and performance wise also good but the culture in icici direct like LALA Company, middle hierarchy are really painful. the way they harassment god help ....Read More

Middle hierarchy harass and abuse openly and local HR helpless ,they work for their bonus and salary, HR System totally failed even they for middle hierarchy not for company
