Icici bank is the best bank to work especially for girl staff. My staff my branch is so good cool and my rh is also very nice and sweet person.

Dislikes

Every thing is good but growth is slow salary or appraisals are very low

The branch in which i had worked didn't like culture, No support of Senior in branch..As i have worked 3 yrs the worst experience is didn't got marriage transfer after putting so much effort. I want to continue my job in bank, continue working but management didn't support.

Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote.
