Work from home option given to employees in the pandemic is very useful. Company policies are good. Teammates and management is not too much good. But ok. Overall company is very good. Good experience with it. Knowledge improvement is there.

Local politics are there. If we are very hardworking and very sincere about our work. We cannot get the importance. If we over respect our seniors and what ever they said we do. Then we can get appraisal and stars all. Otherwise mentally torchers that employee. Some times I'm also facing that problem. But no one is there to look into this . Working at icici bank is good bcz of work culture and environment . Seniors and teammates are supportive. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Company culture and work environment at ICICI BANK is good . initiatives for training and learning also time to time is delivered nicely. So far am there in the department I have come across fantastic colleagues. Since am there at back office operations, work and life is difficult to balance especially by the time when volumes are high. Job security is there of course but salary and compensation is very poor.
