My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. ICICI BANK culture is good and I am working with this bank 12year in this pendemic all is good but only the point is that in this pandemic company has given transfer and it is very difficult to manage and HR team also not coperated.
