Future opportunities in other companies are less for employees with <=5 YOE if they wish to switch from Icertis as the experience sticks to CLM domain which is not wide as SAP and other major products. Majority of employees switch to partner companies and do same work.

The things to like about Icertis is that it has some big name clients, there are certain perks which are good, but the overall likeable elements are far less and insignificant compared to the bad parts

Dislikes

Icertis does not have any structure to its operation. They dont follow rules or set protocols. The whole system still works on the principles of a new Start-up, which is shameful at the very least. The worklife balance is virtually inexistent at Icertis which the Senior Management will be glad to highlight and boast about. If you are a smart worker, who gets the job done in time with ownership and effectively, you will also have to perform the tasks of less competent team members, which may include the Project Management tasks. Certain Senior Directors are obliviously clueless on how to handle the day-to-day activities of an implementation and will wake up with a Start when the Senior Management start to pressurize them. All in All, if you have other options apart from Icertis, take a chance there. If not, then good luck, hope you survive at least a year!...Read More
