There are many dislikes in this company. 1. Poor training facilities there is no proper guidance for the work because it only consists of 15 ppl hardly. 2. No proper infrastructure facilities as everyone aske to sit and work. 3. these ppl have worst leave policy have you ever heard about the term Sandwich leave well you will come toknow if u join IBST you can't take leave on friday, saturday and monday. Even though it is emergency u cant incase if u take on above days 3 days LOP. im not kidding it happens for every employee. 4. Less pay these they dont pay wt we asked for instead they always find the loop holes to deduct the pay. 5. Worst directors both are husband and wife they dont know the terms "Management" and "patience" they shout like hell at the employees. 6. The work culture in IBST most efficient and most effective, also the team building or team budding culture which we follow here is most effective in over all team performance. The management is most supportive and always open to suggestions & implementations, always adapting new culture which helps the employees, less stress and more fun work all day every day.

i see no negative side to the company except the cab facility.
