There is nothing such things here please dont fall for reviews all the reviews given by the current employees forcibly

... take on above days 3 days LOP. im not kidding it happens for every employee. 4. Less pay these they dont pay wt we asked for instead they always find the loop holes to deduct the pay. 5. Worst directors both are husband and wife they dont know the terms "Management" and "patience" they shout like hell at the employees. 6. Worst timings you are suppose to login at 9.00 AM and logout at 7.30 P.M.

Overall the company work environment is good we can learn new things and adopt latest technologies. Management takes more care about all the employees.

Compensation is low. Work pressure is high. Sometimes, it's been getting too late due to scrum calls in the evenings

Manerless MD. No respect for employees. Lot of office politics. M.D is the main character in creating disputes among employees. Worst environment to work. They don't respect employees. Toxic workplace.

Dislikes

No proper hygiene. Rats roam around. Wifi doesn't work sometimes. After the interview of the candidate it takes 3months to give the offer letter most of the times they don't give any offer letter. And let the candidates go .Don't provide proper team when they assign a work. Work is more than the number of employees.

Employers don't know how to respect employees. High level of disrespect. In the beginning of joining they say that we will be assigned with a team. No team will be assigned. They assign the work of 6 to one person. If not done they give false assurance of support. In the eyes of the client we will be shown as someone at fault and incapable. IBST escapes smoothly. No support will be given. Very Manipulative. They follow divide and rule policy. When speaking to the employee in person they talk bad about the other employee. If looking for growth i would suggest not to join the organisation. More than growth if you don't want to get stuck in a loop of false assurance.

Likes

The work culture in IBST most efficient and most effective, also the team building or team budding culture which we follow here is most effective in over all team performance. The management is most supportive and always open to suggestions & implementations, always adapting new culture which helps the employees, less stress and more fun work all day every day.

Dislikes

i see no negative side to the company except the cab facility.
