Its very difficult to search internal positions in ibm. If the project is completed which we are working, it's very difficult to search related position which matches our profile. There would be a person called RCM to allocate candidates in the specified role. But he/she never respond back to allocate in the position. Employees are feeling very scare if the project date is going to complete<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And if we r in bench for 1month, company won't give the hike and bonus also for that year</mark>. If we r in bench for 1month there would be a chance to layoff also....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the Job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
