If I share my experience with current process, its management is not at all good. Work pressure is extremely high that sometimes I feel mentally exhausted and the reasons are-: Management is very biased. They make you feel like you are good for nothing incase if your team is not delivering required numbers, but never takes any actions against BQ agents who are non performers from long time.

Frankly speaking,I feel mentally exhausted, i live along and i have to manage everything on my own however when you try to explain the situation to your managers, they make you feel like you are good for nothing and you are making fake excuses.

If anyone wants to see dictatorship and unfair working environment plz join this company. During my tenure it was always been advised ur job is not safe. I can take ur job when i want. People who are working hard are exploited more. And people having fun are getting sent to US to transition. And even they do not clear their projects assessment. But yet no issues. True Dictatorship.

Job is secured. Work culture and management are supportive. Lot of learning opportunities. The company has the policy of rehiring old employees who resigned earlier.
