IBM is good company but management is not good.Personal development is very slow.Employee is not getting salary as per current market Standard.There is very poor salary straructure in IBM.They are not paying the package..equal to number of experience.example if employee having 7 years of experience they are not getting 7 LPA.If you don't need any growth and relax in life then you can join IBM.My overall experience with IBM is not good.They are not paying variable regularly they are not giving salary hike regularly.Max salary hike is only. 8%.Variable you may get 5-10K max per years....Read More

1)Management is not good. 2)Hike is not based on current market standard.They are paying very less package to employee 3)You will have to rotate around management people for technolgy switch.Finally it will not work. 4)You can increase your experience but can't expect salary hike as per your experience and technical expertise. 5)I have seen most of the people having 10+ exp but they are not getting 7LPA. 6)You can't get onsite opportunity.This opportunity is provided to that people which is near to manager. 7)Don't spend more than 3 years in IBM.Your growth will become constant. 8)Variable pay is very bad..even they are not paying on regular basic.My max variable was 13K in 7 years...and mostly around 5-6K. 9)I spent 7 years..in hope i will get an opportunity to upmy skill but it didn't work.finally i left the organization. 10)I will not suggest to Join IBM.There are lot of politics inside the company.if you are nearer to management you will grow otherwise..you can't expect...Read More

The managers are very down to earth and they are very supporting. They motivated me throughout the year. I have learnt lot of new tools and gained knowledge from IBM. The work life balance is good.

Dislikes

The only thing bothers me that is increment. Hike is very less even if we do our best and client is happy with the performance. Otherwise I am a proud IBM er.
